July 31 Fylingdales Historical Society, 50th Anniversary Celebration and Exhibition at Fylingdales Village Hall. Free. 2.00pm -4.00pm tea and cakes. All welcome.

December 6 - 8 Robin Hoods Bay 20th Victorian Weekend. The first Robin Hood’s Bay Victorian Weekend was held in 1994. The event gives all visitors and residents the opportunity to dress up in traditional Victorian costume. The village is also transformed with Christmas decoration, lights, window dressings, Christmas trees and festive wreaths. www.bayfair.co.uk

The Original Robin Hood's Bay Ghost Walk:
Take a Unique Tour through Streets and Alleyways as you listen to Tales of the Strange and Supernatural set against a background of Smugglers, Sailors and Shipwrecks, Folklore and Legend. Meet at the Slipway in the Dock outside the Visitor Centre. There is also a Board showing times, next to the Slipway on days of Walks. The new season for 2013 starts on the 9th February and runs through out the year .please call 01947 895122 or for a weekly programme of days and times.

The Ghost Walk is available all year round for private bookings and school parties Details are also available at Robin Hood's Bay Visitor Centre and Whitby Tourist Information Centre for a monthly programme of regular walks. The Ghost Walk is suitable for all ages

STATION ART WORKSHOP

Station Art Workshop offers drawing and painting classes and weekend workshops for all abilities throughout the year.
