The Robin Hood’s Bay Tourism Association was set up in 1994. We are an entirely voluntary and non profit making organisation whose aim has always been to: strengthen the local economy of the Parish of Fylingdales through the sympathetic promotion of tourism.
Our intentions have broadened over the years to incorporate the enhancement and preservation of the beauty and diversity of the local area. This not only includes the wildlife, fauna and flora but also the buildings, streets and cobbled pathways that are Robin Hood's Bay. This website is an attempt to capture the essence of the village not just as a highly popular tourist destination but also as an area of outstanding beauty and ultimately a thriving local community.
There is much more to Robin Hood’s Bay than initially meets the eye. Demonstrated not only through the broad spectrum of musical and artistic talent residing locally but also by the huge variety of species inhabiting the rock pools, cliff ledges, sea beds, moor land, woodland, hedgerows and local pubs!
It is our policy not to offer information or recommendations regarding accommodation, however, if you would like to contact us with any questions or comments about Robin Hood's Bay or the Tourism Association we would be pleased to hear from you.
